SHIPPING OPTIONS:
Due to Covid-19 you may experience delays in your shipment. Please note delivery dates cant be guaranteed if FedEx experiences delays.
- 3/4 business day shipping for $20.
- 2 day (business days) for $25
- Standard overnight for $50
- Saturday delivery (only offered on Fridays) for $60.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.
NSG is closed on weekends and the following holidays Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day. Anything purchased on these holidays will be processed the next open business day.
GUARANTEE TIME WHEN SHIPPING TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS:
All Residential deliveries are guaranteed by 8 pm (Unless its a priority delivery those are by 10:30 am- in most areas)
GUARANTEE TIME WHEN SHIPPING TO A BUSINESS:
All business deliveries are guaranteed by 4:30 pm (Unless its a priority delivery those are by 10:30 am- in most areas)
SATURDAY DELIVERIES
Saturday delivery is guaranteed by 1 pm in most areas
WE REQUIRE A SIGNATURE
We require a signature to all home deliveries. Clients do have the option to waive the signature but that releases DreamCatchers of liability (if the package is lost or stolen after it has been delivered with no signature).
CUT OFF TIME
Our cut off time for orders shipping out for the day is 4:00 pm CST. Anything purchased after 4:00 pm will be processed the following business day. Anything purchased Friday after 4:00 pm, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
